My approach to therapy is relational and collaborative. Together, we will explore the areas of your life where you are seeking change, as well as what might be blocking your progress. When approached with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment, even our most challenging experiences, beliefs and behaviors can transform. Along with more traditional methods of talk-therapy, I have also trained in somatic therapies. I believe in the wisdom and intelligence held in the body, mind and spirit. You can rely on feeling safe and supported throughout your process of discovery and growth.
