My approach to therapy is collaborative. Together we will explore the areas of your life where you are seeking change. With compassion and bravery we can address what may be blocking your progress, and discover paths toward something new. When approached with curiosity rather than judgment, even our most challenging experiences, beliefs and behaviors can transform. Along with more traditional methods of talk-therapy, I have also trained in somatic therapy, expressive arts and alternative forms of healing. I believe in the wisdom and intelligence held in our bodies, our hearts, and through our connection to earth, presence and spirit. You can rely on feeling safe and supported throughout your process of discovery and growth.
