Each of us carries an abundance of experiences and blessings to share within community 🌿

In this small group we will participate in both silent and guided meditation followed by conversation. Prompts inspired by poetry, spiritual teachings, and various forms of writing and art will be explored. All sacred beliefs and traditions are welcome. While no formal meditation experience is required, a curious mind, and a brave and open heart are a must.
